where you will sweat and burn up to 800 calories. We will be using
various types of equipment utilizing all the muscles in your body to
experience a functional and innovative approach to fitness, that's fun
My classes offer girth and body-fat measurements for all clients to see and feel good
about their progression. Each client is given a 30 day challenge and offered nutritional coaching through an app in order to create accountability and get optimal results. With high intensity workouts and correct
nutrition goals are a reality.
No walk ins are allowed in class but always call or leave a message to reserve a spot!
